Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Standard Delivery in  Canada, USA, Australia and UK only.

Delivery Time: 25-45 business days depending on the location of your shipping address.

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. 

Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
